CLIENT: CHAPEL STREET PRECINCT ASSOCIATION
OUTLET: HERALD SUN

A HUGE robot has invaded an Australian suburban shopping strip and is coming to life with augmented reality technology. The 20m street art mural was painted over seven wet and windy days by “introverted*” UK artist Phlegm and brought to life by a team of local AR developers in Melbourne. Chapel Street Precinct Association President John Lotton said he found Phlegm’s intricate works on social media and wanted the community to experience it.
