 "Bloody freezing." That's how cold it was on Monday morning, said Woodend resident Shane Bartley, when he and hundreds more stripped naked for art.  In the final instalment of Spencer Tunick's latest trip Down Under, 500 gathered first on the rooftop of the Prahran Woolies, then in the windows of a second-storey shopfront on Chapel Street.
