 Hundreds of people have bared their private parts in frosty conditions in the name of art.  About 500 converged in  Melbourne  Monday morning for the second of US artist Spencer Tunick's mass nude photo shoots for the Provocare Festival of the Arts.  Temperatures hovered around nine degrees as hundreds made their way towards the Prahran Woolworths rooftop carpark, on Chapel Street in the inner city.
