European tech firm, 1komma5, is coming to Australia with an aim to slash electricity prices for households and small businesses by up to 120 per cent – with excess energy generated sold back to the grid. 1komma5 will open Apple style stores across Australia with Sydney’s first site set to open in March. This will be an addition to the company’s successful stores in Hamburg, Munich and Berlin in Germany, and Stockholm in Sweden.

DL COMMS Client and CEO of the firm’s APAC branch, Chris Williams, spoke to Sue Williams of Sydney Morning Herald about the company’s goal of making clean energy available and accessible by offering products like EV chargers, solar panels, batteries, and heat pumps that work together in a one stop shop.
