CLIENT: BURGERTORY

DL COMMS client Burgertory has claimed the crown as Australia’s largest privately owned burger chain. Established in 2018, this week it opened its 17th store in Melbourne’s Box Hill. On track to reach its ambition of 50 stores by the end of 2023, Burgertory sold a whopping $30 million worth of burgers in 2021 alone. Owner of Burgertory and crowned Australia’s true ‘Burger King’ ‘, Hash Tayeh says the recipe for his success is a commitment to quality and flavour his competitors could only dream of emulating. Not bad, especially when you consider he is only 31 years old, and he moved to Australia from Qatar at the age of 16, by himself, after tricking his parents into believing he was going on a holiday to visit his auntie!
