After leaving home and moving to Australia solo at 16 years of age, Hash Tayeh found a job flipping burgers at the popular fast food chain McDonald’s - fast forward 15 years and the former fast food employee has used his skills to create a $30million booming burger empire. The pandemic did not slow down business for Hash, his first Burgertory store opened in 2018, and between 2020 and 2021 he opened up 14 new stores.
